Brian Williams is the co-founder of Williams, Collins Design & Development (WCD&D), a California-based creative agency. With a deep-rooted passion for storytelling and communicating with broad audiences, Brian’s career has spanned multiple facets of media. Originally a print designer, he quickly expanded into web development as the digital age accelerated, offering clients guidance in navigating this new era of online communication. WCD&D soon evolved into a full-service agency, providing services in video production, animation, and digital design to keep clients at the forefront of media innovation.

In 2007, Brian took on the role of Creative Director at INSP LLC in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he advanced to Vice President of Creative Services & On-Air Promotions. His background at WCD&D provided a strong foundation for leading a multidisciplinary team, producing promotional content, brand campaigns, and show visuals for three TV networks. Brian’s team designed sales and marketing materials, digital graphics, and event assets while overseeing on-air promos for INSP and Halogen. They also produced trailers, brand spots, show opens, and Electronic Press Kits to support programming, excelling in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

By 2016, Brian joined FOX Sports, where he successfully built a promotions team from the ground up. Under his leadership, the team achieved a 150% increase in productivity, operating with less than half the labor force of the Los Angeles office and delivering significant cost savings for FOX. His team developed high-impact promo campaigns for major sports brands and national events, producing content that resonated with audiences across the country.

This portfolio showcases the collective work of Brian and his talented teams at INSP Creative Services and FOX Sports Promotions.
